On The Way Home
Anna has beautifully recreated the rushing water as Venise carefully steps from rock to rock on her way home from school. I had surprised her by arriving at her school - a 3 hour mule ride from Notre Dame to St Agnes.
This image was captured as I sat on my mule following Venise, as she led us to her family's home.
She does this each day - one hour each way.
